Who is responsible

This site is run by Prakash Kantumutchu (KP) as an individual. For anything in this notice, email k.prakashofficial@gmail.com.

What is collected

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, and the answers you give. Some fields are optional. Please do not send ID numbers, passwords or confidential documents.

To slow down abuse, the server also stores a one-way keyed hash of your IP address. The address itself is never stored, and the hash cannot be turned back into it without a secret key.

There are no cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics on this site.

Why

Solely to read and reply to your enquiry. It is not added to a mailing list, sold or shared for marketing.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person. Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser to do this.
• Your enquiry is stored in a Supabase database in Mumbai, India (ap-south-1).
• Resend delivers a copy of your enquiry to my inbox.
• Vercel hosts the site and processes requests to it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after they are received, unless we have started working together, in which case ordinary business records apply.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your enquiry at any time by emailing the address above with your reference number. This notice is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
